Quality Policy:

All Machined parts manufactured and provided by Gilco Manufacturing, Inc. shall conform to the customers' requirements specified through drawings, written specifications, and electronic communications. Each GMI team member is responsible for their input to the procurement, support, delivery, service, or management provided.

Gilco Manufacturing is committed to the continual improvement of the services it provides to meeting or exceeding our customer’s expectations, both in quality and on-time delivery through the use of state-of-the-art tools and machinery, measurable quality objectives, and other beneficial tools.

GMI has partnered with 1Factory to use its' platform for GMI's quality control solutions & data management. Through 1Factory's enterprise solutions, Gilco can digitize and automate QC data entry & analysis, as well as develop uniform organizational inspection plans. 1 Factory provides a host of additional benefits including but not limited to: FAIR, FMEA, PPAC, and much more. Through 1Factory, GMI will be able to send, receive, enter & analyze quality data in a matter of minutes, providing its customers with more data & results than its competitors.

Gilco's Quality Manual was developed upon the standards of AS9100. Gilco's management is very familiar with the standard and plan to have GMI AS9100 certified before the end of the year. Gilco Manufacturing employees are committed to maintaining procedures in place to accomplish this goal.

Intuitive probes are used on Gilco's Haas VMC's. Each machine has been outfitted to support in-process inspection. GMI inserts this functionality within a parts program for critical part dimensions and features to ensure compliance & tolerances are met.
